Mechanical process
With the help of an industrial manipulator, the rotary wire brush or grinding wheel is clamped, and the burr parts are polished by the joint arm movement of the manipulator to remove burrs. The manipulator can select a wire brush or grinding wheel from a shelf in the tool library, which is adapted to the need to remove burrs on different parts of the part. However, this method is often not suitable for use in many occasions because the arm joint of the manipulator lacks sufficient rigidity and accuracy. And because of the different structure of the parts, some parts can not be deburred by this method, and have to be equipped with other deburring equipment.
Vibration method
The process of thermal deburring is the process of oxidation to powder at high temperatures. The thermal deburring machine seals the parts with burrs in a container full of high pressure combustible gas and oxygen mixture. The burrs on the parts, whether outside, inside, or in the blind hole position, are surrounded by this mixture of gas. When the spark plug ignits the mixture of gas, it produces an instantaneous high temperature heat wave, because the surface area of the burr part is quite high. The burr burns, and in a cycle time of 15 to 30 seconds, the burr oxidizes and turns into a powder, and then the workpiece is cleaned with a solvent.
This method can evenly remove burrs, which can remove unwanted materials from the surface of all parts, and even remove burrs from the internal grooves and intersecting holes that are difficult to reach, and do not need to be checked afterwards. Therefore, it is widely used in the deburring process of ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts.
Electrochemical method
Electrochemical (also known as electrolysis) deburring machine is through an electrochemical reaction, the metal material from the parts into the electrolyte, so as to remove the burrs on the parts. The tool electrode is connected to the negative electrode of the DC power supply, the burr part is connected to the positive electrode of the power supply, and the electrolyte of a certain pressure and flow rate is passed in the middle, and then the DC power supply is connected, so that the metal as the anode is gradually electrochemical dissolution, to achieve the purpose of removing the burr (or forming).
Electrolysis can effectively remove burrs of any size, and the quality is very high. In the processing process, because the tool electrode (cathode) is not worn, its position can be fixed, so the operation is very simple, high productivity, suitable for automatic processing; In the process does not produce thermal stress and mechanical stress, will not make the workpiece deformation; The range of applicable materials and hardness is large.
This is designed for deburring smaller rotary parts or diamond-shaped parts. The parts are put into a large container filled with a granular ceramic medium, the size of which varies according to the type and size of the burring part, as well as the material. The rapid reciprocating vibration of the container causes the parts to move and friction with the ceramic medium to remove burres and polish the surface of the parts. The strength of the vibration can be adjusted to suit different sizes of parts.
