Tell you how to properly operate the deburring equipment?
Flammable and explosive items cannot be placed near the cutting machine to avoid discharge spark accidents caused by sudden shortage of working fluid. The operator should be familiar with the processing technology of the deburring equipment, correctly select the processing parameters, and operate in accordance with the specified operation sequence to avoid faults such as broken wire.
Operators should be familiar with the operation technology of the deburring machine, before starting the machine, according to the lubrication requirements of the equipment, oil lubrication of the relevant parts of the machine tool (the lubricating oil should meet the requirements of the machine tool manual).
Before the workpiece is formally processed, it should be confirmed that the position of the workpiece has been correctly installed to prevent the collision of the wire frame and the over-impact of the screw, nut and other transmission parts. For workstations that do not exceed the limit, over-range falling accidents should be prevented.
Greatly eliminate the residual stress, to prevent the workpiece in the cutting burst injury. Put a shield on before handling.
When you stop working, you should first stop the high-frequency pulse power supply, stop working, let the electrode wire run for a period of time, and then stop working after the storage cylinder is reversed. After finishing the job, turn off the main power, scrub the table and fixture, and lubricate the machine. In the process of operation, after the hand handle is used to operate the rocker, the rocker should be removed in time to prevent the rocker from being thrown during the rotation. When unloading the electrode wire, be careful to prevent the welding rod. When replacing it, it should be placed in the specified container to avoid mixing with the circuit and wire system, resulting in electrical short circuit, contact, broken wire and other accidents. The collision of wire breakage and transmission parts should be avoided due to the inertia of the wire barrel. In this regard, when stopping, the "stop" button should be pressed as soon as possible after the storage cylinder has just reversed.
Always check whether the protective grounding of the machine is reliable, pay attention to whether there is leakage in each part, and try to use the electric shock switch. After closing the power supply, do not contact the two output ends of the power supply (bed and workpiece) with the handheld conductor to avoid electric shock. Do not press switches or contacts with wet hands. Prevent working fluid and other conductive substances into the electrical parts, once the electrical short circuit caused by fire, should first cut off the power supply, immediately with carbon tetrachloride and other appropriate fire extinguishers, shall not be extinguished with water. When maintaining machine tools, machine tool appliances, pulse power supplies, control systems and other equipment, attention should be paid to properly cut off the power supply to prevent electric shock damage to circuit components.
